Independence doesn't happen by accident — it's taught. Our ABA-based Pre-Vocational Training Program is guided by the AFLS (Assessment of Functional Living Skills), which maps the practical skills adult life and employment depend on and shows exactly what to teach next. Using task analysis and systematic instruction, we build workplace-foundational skills like following multi-step instructions, staying on task, time management and workplace-appropriate communication, alongside functional life skills such as cooking, computer use, money handling and community skills. Each learner's strengths and interests guide their vocational goals, and families receive regular updates as data tracks every step of progress.
Goals are chosen around each learner's strengths and interests — training for a future they actually want.
