Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for teaching students one-on-one applied behaviour analysis utilizing various evidence-based methods including but not limited to discrete trial training, behaviour chaining procedures, incidental teaching, implementing behaviour plans, recording and graphing data, creating and maintaining stimuli and other duties as needed.
Jey Special Needs Centre assists in the implementation of programming in a range of areas including peer integration, social interaction, communication, academic, self-help skills, gross-motor skills, language, functional living skills, behaviors management, recreation/leisure, and pre-occasional skills.
We assist in the implementation of programming in a range of areas including: peer integration, social interaction, communication, academic, self-help skills, gross-motor skills, language, functional living skills, behaviour management, recreation/leisure and pre-occasional skills.
We assist in the implementation of data collection systems which measure student progress in each of the above areas. They participate in clinic [parent/teacher] meetings to review student progress, programmes, procedures, teaching techniques, administrative matters, etc.
We are responsible for ensuring the programmatic quality and integrity of all assigned activities and for working as a team member for the benefit of the participant and the program.
